Resolving an issue

Tried to open an account online and it crashed on me. Made a call to customer services and spoke to Audrey Smith. She was very polite, knowledgeable and picked up on my issue very quickly. She then took timeout to talk me through how to register properly in a very easy way for me. She then explained in full what will happen next and what to do.
