Don't bother - it's a disaster

Like many small charities we have banked with CAF for a number of years. Prior to their changeover to a new platform last year the portal was user friendly and easy to navigate. The new system is a disaster - currently the portal has been offline for a week making it impossible to view how we stand financially, make any payments and even reconcile our accounts. if we didn't have so many donors paying into our account we would absolutely move to another bank.
