Great Customer Service

I recently opened an ISA with Saffron Building Society at a very competitive rate. I subsequently received a phone call from Maria advising me that, as a member, I am entitled to a number of member benefits and she mentioned a free financial review in branch. This week I received an email informing me that Wren Sterling (Financial Advisers who are partnered with Saffron) are visiting branches in August for 1:1 meetings. I called the number on the email and spoke to Ian, who helped me to arrange a meeting with Wren Sterling when they visit my local branch.
