Log On problems

I logged in and as it took some time for the passcode to come through to my mobile, it had expired. I tried again and same thing happenend until I was locked out of my account. A quick phone call, hardly any wait time, with Alfie and it was all sorted. He was very patient when I couldn't provide the account details and misquoted my national insurance number.
