Don't waste your money with this company.

Don't waste your money with this company. They are very convincing when they're selling you a warranty, but my experience changed completely when I needed to make a claim. Instead of honouring the warranty, they came up with four different reasons to reject the exact same claim on different occasions. In my opinion, none of those reasons were valid. One explanation even blamed the fault on the consequences of the fault itself, which made absolutely no sense. I contacted the ombudsman hoping they could help, only to discover this company is not a member of a scheme they oversee, so there was nothing they could do. That left me with the only realistic option of taking legal action, which is expensive and simply not practical for most people. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering this warranty to think twice. You're probably better off putting the money you would have spent on the warranty into a savings account and using it to pay for any repairs yourself.
