Slow to fix their mistakes

A mistake happened on my account. While the collector I spoke to was helpful and assuring, the mistake did not get resolved. So I was subject to a cat and mouse game. I am not sure if it was poor communication between the teams at acs or sluggish IT but the problem took ages to get solved. A dinosaur of a company stuck in the past. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2026
