One star and they don't deserve that!

One star and they don't deserve that! One star and they don't deserve that!! Conned into taking out a Policy by Hoover for a fridge freezer. When they came and looked at it, I had to go a find him in our car park because he couldn't find the house (everyone else manages it) and he then talked down to me for five minutes before deciding the freezer was irreparable. They offered my three alternative replacements which were completely unsuitable because they'd listed the wrong current device. They also claimed the policy I had yet to be given a number for had expired!! and I had to take out another one to get a replacement. Sent an email to their CE and they are now abusing the Data Protection Act requirements to delay doing anything. Now reported to the Financial Conduct Authority and the Data Protection Commissioner. AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Reviewed on: 3rd August 2026
