Spot on real time help and getting things sorted out

SBS is moving to a new internet access system and an app. I was having trouble getting the rather involved system to work. A phone call to Troon was taken by Katie McKnight, who was very knowledgeable. She took me through every step expertly waiting to see if it was working and I was able to get the managed to get the new system set up. I'd already spent well over an hour getting nowhere this was all very welcome. SBS has one of the best customer help setups, friemdly, patient and expert. Makes a big difference.
