Fraudulent Insurance company

Appalling customer service, paid for my insurance won’t cover me for an accident won’t cover the damage to the other cars won’t let me cancel my direct debit even though i do no have a vehicle to insure anymore and if i wish to cancel my policy they want MORE money out of me in the yearly premium for a car i do not have. AVOID AVOID AVOID this company, they claim to be insurance company but don’t actually insure you or the other drivers. Staff cannot deal with complaints accurately or timely. disgusting service.
