Outstanding service, staff and experience

I would highly recommend Express Mortgages for a number of reasons: 1. Because they listened to my circumstances and provided me with great advice specific for me, I didn't just feel like a number. 2: Their customer service is excellent because they have dedicated support staff, I was assigned a lady (she was called a dedicated case manager) who worked on my case from start to finish. This meant I knew who to speak to each time I had a question, instead of talking to someone different and having to explain my situation again. 3. I felt they actually cared about my mortgage and house purchase. 4. I felt confident in them because all their staff appeared to be experienced and knowledgeable.
