Cancelled policy

They cancelled my policy due to me being one day late with a £40 payment as my score had gone down a little. I even called to explain I was waiting for my new card and pin to arrive and would call them. Arrived at work, called them to pay only be told they had cancelled my policy at 09:06 and it was only 09:15 when I called. I paid £1100 for the year as I'm a new driver and this is how they treat me. Reported them and having my case reviewed as this will follow me for life.
