Although it's incredibly easy to access and use the main floor in this PayPal is that the PayPal plus point system is very faulty and doesn't register point properly at all and does it sporadically and that's random so that's very disappointing and there's absolutely no way to access customer services to correct that so because of accessibility issues I have where I struggled to speak on the phone I can't access them email because they just have unhelpful chat rooms that don't actually relate to the issue I'm having so that is where I have a massive issue with PayPal other than that generally they're good but they have very little information on how to go about contacting directly for personal issues with your account if they do have it it's on the website and I've completely missed it I think that would just probably go to show that it's not particularly easy and obvious to understand if I can't pick it that up on the website. also randomly I did try to do a paying three recently and it wasn't for a particularly large amount it was for one of my usual monthly amounts that I normally pay in full on my debit card but I needed to use paying three this month and it was declined and there's no reasons as to why it was declined other than they just decided that they can't offer me at this time and then they removed the option completely to even access that for any other purchases so I think that's that's big penalized for something where my I have a good credit rating and I've never defaulted on any payments with PayPal before I find incredibly rude and in salty because I've depended on that paying three for months and I've always fulfilled the financial obligations that come with it so to suddenly get that denied with incredibly upsetting so as a result I was left without anybody to part by food this week purely because PayPal would not help me when there was no reasonable justification for denying the pay in three option but saying that I am still very happy with PayPal because they make the borrowing aspect very flexible no interest and no messy in chat rates and flusting around with different credit cards so the fact that it's all digital and I can use a virtual debit card as well linked to my account so I can load it up to help me with budgeting stuff I find really really helpful because then all I do is whenever I need to budget something then I just load at the card for the amount I have to spend and once that's gone it's gone but then that way I don't overspend in my bank account where my bills come out of so where I've got direct debits in my main bank account they can be then left alone as long as I have my loaded up debit card in PayPal so then I don't accidentally spend money that I needed for other bills so generally it helps me a lot so I still overall really enjoy using PayPal and I will still hope to use it for many more years as I've already been a customer for 20 years.
