Helpful, friendly and responsive

I was looking for additional funds for building work at home. The staff at the Vernon are really helpful and very responsive, and they made the whole process simple. The options I had for different products were clearly described, and the documentation was clear. It was also good to be dealing with the same person all the way through, rather than getting "whoever answers the phone" which is what happens in a call centre environment - it made everything a lot easier. Helpful, friendly, responsive

The team at Vernon are always quick to respond, and are very helpful. They are happy to look at properties that are a bit unusual, so you are not faced with a "computer says no" scenario.
