AVOID! WASTE OF TIME

40 minutes waiting on call, to then call being cut off when answered rang back, even though it was the complaints team they could not deal with my complaint! requested a call back..still not received! which has happened before...absaloute waste of life! not been able to drive my car for 2 months and i am still paying car finance! for another year aswell! NO HELP WHAT SO EVER! i have 2 complaints ongoing with nothing still.every time i have spoken to close brothers if i even get threw i have a nervous break down as they don't help! communication is 0 customer service 0. AVOID AVOID AVOID wish i never took out the car insurance with these! Reviewed on: 10th August 2026
