Damage repair after water leak

Recently had a water leak that caused a lot of damage to our lounge. Tesco appointed a company to deal with the claim. They in turn appointed a buildings company to carry out the work. The communication with both companies has been excellent. In addition each time I've uploaded receipts for items we've bought plus estimate for the carpet replacement, these were accepted without any query and the money paid to me shortly after each one was uploaded. Quick and excellent service

Our caravan was damaged whilst abroad. On returning we contacted Caravan guard. The agent (Damani Edwards) was 1st class and took me through the process. An estimate was obtained and agreed very quickly. Once fixed we signed the satisfaction form, paid the excess and the Very good indeed Reviewed on: 11th August 2026

Excellent customer service

Our caravan was damaged whilst abroad. On our return we contacted Caravan Guard and the agent (Damani Edwards) took me through the whole process. I obtained an estimate which was accepted straight away. Once work was complete I signed the satisfaction form, paid the excess and Caravan Guard were invoiced for the rest.
