The engineer did not turn up when it was scheduled a...

The engineer did not turn up when it was scheduled and no prior warning. When he eventually turned up on 10 August he hoovered around the condenser of the freezer and said fault is fixed. It was not the freezer continued beeping at odd times after he left. Booked another visit for tomorrow which has just been cancelled. They booked again for next week Wednesday. They are jokers.
