Problems Registering for new SBS Online

After having problems trying to register for the new SBS online, I decided to phone. I spoke to Lorraine Thomson, who was very helpful, patient and friendly given that I had to start the process from the beginning about 3 times due to being timed out. I didn’t feel rushed, and Lorraine made me feel calm. We completed the first part of the registration process, and she then went on to explain what would happen at the next stage. She said that if I needed help again that I was just to phone. How lovely to be able to speak to a friendly and helpful ‘human’. Reviewed on: 12th August 2026
