11/10 THE BEST INSURER'S

They have been an absolutely excellent insurance company. Luckily I've never had to claim, but their team are amazing. My main reason for this review is that, I'd been offered a promotion in my company and I need them to essentially reword my NCD. With Collingwood they issue a document for each years NCD. My company needed a document with all of my 3 years no claims on. Instead of 3 separate documents. They went above and beyond to make this possible. Their admin team got straight on it and made sure my career headed in the right direction. 11/10 I'd also like to add, when changing banks there was a miscommunication between the two. Long story short I missed a payment. Collingwoods made me aware of this asking if everything is ok, and if I'd need any help. I immediately payed the outstanding and appreciated the help.
