Been a member of the AA for 18 years and fortunately...

Been a member of the AA for 18 years and fortunately never had to use them at all...until last week when my car would not start on the drive. Hybrid car was stuck in neutral so could not be towed away in the traditional way so the AA had to arrange a special transporter to get the vehicle to the garage. Overall the service was absolutely brilliant, fantastic communication and efficient. So glad I had AA cover...hopefully won't have to use them for another 18 years! Reviewed on: 14th August 2026
