Internet saver account

Opened an internet saver easy access online , deposited £500 ok no problem , thought I would try a withdrawal to test worked ok before depositing larger £1000,s amount , not an option , apparently you have to wait for something through the post to sign and send back before you are able to withdraw, phoned up twice in the space of 7 working days enquiring if my form is being sent by carrier pigeon , eventually closed , money back into account same day even though they said something else would come via carrier pigeon , could be up to 5 days, so the internet tech is there and quick for them to use , puzzled at to why reliance on the postie, after all it's called an internet saver account Reviewed on: 14th August 2026
