I consider it totally unnecessary to have to make an appointment to change from 1 type of account to another. As an existing customer I do not need to sit through a 3 minute video telling me about the society. The product is fine but when the term finishes I shall not go through the same procedure again, I shall move to an alternative Building Society Reviewed on: 14th August 2026
