Excellent help from Katie

Spoke to Katie McKnight this morning regarding logging on issues for the new services. She was very helpful, especially as I am not that IT proficient. She explained everything clearly and in simple terms that helped me understand what I needed to do. She also confirmed that this was from Sbs and allayed any concerns I had around this process.
