Stay Away - you are better off elsewhere

The application process was easy and quick. that's where positives stopped. The card didn't arrive, rang the customer service team they said they can't do anything about post. I asked for second card, didn't arrive, I rang again asking them not to post with Royal Mail. They said we know Royal Mail is not delivering but we use them for post anyway that's our process! I ask them to raise a complaint they said we can raise it and close it straight away as outcome "not in customer favour". Reviewed on: 18th August 2026
