Review of the Prudential, Pension:

Dreadful.

Dreadful. Trying to transfer my pension from these people to a new more competent and efficient pension provider is proving extremely difficult. They are very obstructive and very slow and very.. Asking me the same questions over and over again that I've answered over and over again and now not letting me transfer my pension until I've spoken for an hour with someone that I've never heard of and that I don't even want to speak to. I feel like they are treating me like a child or someone who has serious learning difficulties or something. I am a grown man and I want to be free to invest my pension as I see fit. I think the Prudential are very old and slow company and probably won't be around for much longer. I will make a point of telling everyone I know not to get involved with Prudential.
