Left stranded with 2 young children

Today my dad’s (his policy) car wouldn’t start immediately after we parked in a multi storey carpark. They refused to send any help and used multiple random reasons in the policy of why the car isn’t covered. We were left stranded an hour from home with my 4 year old and 9 month old. My dad is 70 and they wanted him to push the car out of the car park. We ended up having to pay another company to come and tow the car and pay from a taxi an hour journey home. Can’t believe they keep getting away with this. Horrendous. Reviewed on: 18th August 2026
