I recently moved my SIPP and ISA to AJ Bell from Hargreaves Lansdown following a series of very poor and ongoing customer service incidents which HL agreed were poor. This in light of the fact my account value is over five times the average value of HL clients. My experience with AJ Bell both prior to moving to them and during the process has been very good and I am looking forward to a long term relationship with this company.
