Help with savings account needed and received

I was assisted via the secure email system by both Katie and Dawn. Both were prompt and efficient in the information and assistance they gave me. Following on from that, Maxine further assisted me over the phone. Maxine provided a quick and accurate, definitive answer to my primary question, however her friendly and professional manner and approach resulted in me asking her advice on a separate issue regards future savings options. She has left me furnished with information that will be extremely valuable going forward. In all cases, glad that communication, whether by email or over the phone is quick and effective. Thank you.
