Top Marks ! Great Customer Service

I recently purchased a car for my son and needed learner insurance. After a quick search online, Collingwood stood out immediately their platform was by far the easiest to use, and the whole process felt simple and stress free. I’ve now spoken to three different members of staff, each time because of issues with the vehicles I’d bought, and every interaction has been consistently excellent. The team has been patient, polite, and genuinely helpful throughout. In fact, Collingwood has been the best company I’ve dealt with in 2026. I work for a high‑street bank, so I understand the importance of customer service, ownership, and treating people well. Collingwood has been a breath of fresh air.
