Onestream Internet:Terrible company

I used Moneysupermarket to get a internet deal with Onestream. You should really look at the reviews before promoting these guys. I cancelled Onestream because they put the charges up more than double after my contract expired without my knowledge. I contacted them asking to renew but their deals were more expensive and slower than almost all the others on the comparison sites They then used my card details on record to take more money from my account saying i had to send their equipment back at my expense. I said i have no problem but as they took a lot of money from me after my contract finished (over £90 a month without my knowledge) that they should pay for the return post. Be very wary about this company, their service was in my opinion terrible, expensive and the service was the worst ive come across in nearly 20 years on the internet Reviewed on: 21st August 2026
