Mixed experiences. Hopefully improving with new app

My experience of trying to open an account in the first place felt rather 20th Century. Hopefully things will be more convenient now there is an app. I had a few issues registering, but the customer service l received over the phone from Rachael was excellent - very friendly and helpful.
