Run into difficulty registering on new online system

Have a savings account and run into a few difficulties registering on new online system. Telephoned for help and spoke to David Armstrong. After a lengthy problem solving discussion over a few phone calls problem resolved. David remained calm and reassuring throughout this process. Exceptional friendly help.
