DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR PET INSURANCE.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR PET INSURANCE. I had a long battle with this company, essentially my dog requires an urgent operation and they cancelled my policy. The communication was awful and dragged out over 7 months. Although they have not taken responsibility for policy issues they have accepted the customer services was substandard. MORAL OF THE STORY- Invest your money into reputable company, even if they are much more expensive, there is a reason why you pay a premium. Reviewed on: 25th August 2026
