Found it incredibly difficult to contact them.

Found it incredibly difficult to contact them. The calls to their number would ring out to voicemail for hours and hours during their quoted opening hours. They never responded to the in app message I sent. I think in the end I had to phone repeatedly for over 2 hours for someone to answer the phone. That did get the ball rolling, however the whole process was very frustrating. That being said when I did speak to people they were polite, helpful and pleasant. My loan was approved and due to the lack of contact it took over a week to be paid out. Having transferred from one credit union to them due to them merging, I was used to a level of service that doesn’t appear to be matched with Manchester credit union. My feedback would be to improve their customer service side. Reviewed on: 26th August 2026
