Teamwork makes online work.

Their chatbot tried twice to understand the question, but then put me through to live chat, straight away, we quickly realised something had gone wrong in the system so she rang me up to sort it out. That is real service! The chatbot didn’t act as if they knew everything and I knew nothing, the assistant was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The best bit?
