Trying to get travel insurance in later life

Trying to get travel insurance at 85 in order to visit my family in New Zealand was a nightmare! I am extremely fit and only take statins to control cholersterol and eye drops for glaucoma. I phoned Saga and at last was able to speak to a real person! Yes, the cost was expensive but at least I got it. I will be in touch again for my planned visit Down Under later this year.
