Telephone conversation with Saffron staff is just great. It’s a bonus to speak to someone in this country. Today it was Cassie Jones, delightful, helpful and friendly. She answered all my questions with no fuss and followed. My instructions bro the letter. Very efficient. Thank you. Saffron offer good rates of interest especially to existing customers. I live in another county and as such my banking is done on the net and phone, banking wth Saffron over the years has been Troyble free and enjoyable . A bank I would recommend .
