Broken leg

Having suffered a broken leg last week there was no way I could make my Saga holiday this October. Having rung Saga to explain and cancel they checked and rang back to accept my discharge letter as evidence. They were very speedy in refunding the total cost minus an admin fee. I couldn't have had better friendly sympathetic service. Reviewed on: 29th August 2026
