Waste of Money

I bought Full UK breakdown cover from 2Gether with a £0 callout charge, expecting support if something went wrong during a journey. Unfortunately, when I actually needed help, the service was extremely disappointing. We were in the middle of a trip when my tyre valve broke while I was inflating the tyre. The tyre immediately deflated and the car became unsafe to drive. I called for breakdown assistance, but I was told the incident was not covered and that they could only send help if I paid separately. Because of this, I had to arrange RAC privately and was charged £199. Their response caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and seriously disrupted our trip. In practice, the cover gave me no real help when I needed it most. I have raised a formal complaint and will update this review depending on their response. Based on this experience, I would not recommend relying on this breakdown cover for an urgent roadside situation. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BY BUYING BREAKDOWN POLICY FROM THIS COMPANY.
