Sent me faulty equipment that said was recording tri...

Sent me faulty equipment that said was recording trips but would not record. Had an email saying they were canceling my policy. You can not ring them just talk to an agent over text. I explained all of this to the agent and they were not interested. Overall I have had to pay an extra £150 on top for a cancellation through no fault of my own. I will not he going with them again and am absolutely disgusted Reviewed on: 31st August 2026
