Shocking experience trying to withdraw from a LISA and close my account. I'm buying my first home and my conveyancer requested the funds from my LISA to be released and for my account to be closed, and a closing statement to be provided in order to claim the government bonus. It has taken months for them to realise funds, only for them to keep £28 in my pot which is preventing me from closing the account and claiming the bones. My conveyancer is stunned by this company, she says she has never dealt with any company like them and they've been a nightmare, and that's from someone who deals with LISA withdrawals every single day. Avoid this company at all costs, buying a house and moving is stressful enough without this. We only have 13 days to move into our new property and as of yet, we don't have out closing statement. Customer service is also appalling, best of luck trying to speak to someone on the phone. Reviewed on: 1st September 2026
