Efficient handling of claim.

Reimbursement of price of holiday I was forced to cancel due to illness of one of my travelling companions who had actually booked the trip on my behalf. This was therefore a slightly different scenario to a run of the mill claim. After some slight, initial confusion in processing the claim, Saga handled the matter without fuss and bother and refund was made in a timely manner. Reviewed on: 1st September 2026
