I phoned Scottish building society today (l live to far to make the visit) It didn’t take long at all to be get through to Katie McKnight - Troon branch. She was very helpful in answering all my questions and putting my mind at ease. The books have been posted. Now it’s a wait and see on how long it will take postman Pat to deliver it.
