Impressed new customer.

I am a new customer, there has been a glitch with the new online banking, however I have been impressed with the following: Lucy, David, Natalie & Katie have all been all professional, very caring, friendly, reassuring and helpful to resolve the issue. Customers clearly matter to this building society team, phones are answered quickly and when they say they will come back to you, they do so. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2026
