Avoid by all means

Misleading,failed my household of 2 vulnerable adults to remain in property with black contaminated water from flood of property above .2 weeks to issue claim number no contact for 2 weeks .Contradictive with their policy and one information is relayed on the phone and then in writing is the opposite ,liying for not receiving any photographic evidence ,absolute disgrace .We have been paying our premium for over 9 years never have claimed ..The call handlers are lethargic half asleep ,can never get the details right and every other call we are told that we don’t have a policy with them because they have missed a number there is always an issue and is a red flag if call handler can’t even type policy number what to expect next .
