Customer Service Zoe Collins

Phoned Skipton to clarify savings option. All questions were answered, information made clear. I neeeded time to consider opening another account, I was told I could ask for the same person for continuity. When calling back, staff were polite and put me straight through to Zoe without my having to go through many questions. Zoe updated me on the most recent offer, was thorough, explained terms and conditions and opened the account. Excellent listening skills, personable and helpful.
