Terrible company - avoid!

The contracts are written in a way that makes it very difficult for boilers - especially older boilers - to be accepted in the event of a claim. I felt conned. Great customer service in getting me to sign up and give them a good review (they actively encourage), but terrible when you need them. Reviewed on: 9th September 2026
