I would like to say a sincere thank you to Manchester Credit Union for the support and understanding I have received during my loan application. There were a few stages where I needed clarification and assistance, but the team were always very reasonable, patient and understanding. I am particularly grateful that they took the time to consider my application and approved my loan. This means a lot to me, and I genuinely appreciate the opportunity and trust they have given me. I have been very happy with the way I have been treated. I never felt that I was simply another application; I felt that my circumstances were properly considered and that the team were willing to help where they could.
