"My second Mortgage experience with Robert Timm at Sunland Mortgages, From helping me previously he knew my financial background and at first I just called him for a "what if I wanted to ........" conversation. He gave me some ball park figures and advised me of the options available to me to do what I wanted to do. He gave me time to think about whether I wanted to go ahead with the buy to let and put no pressure on me at all. The first property I was initially thinking of buying was taken off the market but Rob kept me very positive and suggested I took some time and did not rush into another one, just for the sake of it but wait until a property came along that I knew it was right for me to invest in as a buy to let. When this happened Rob was very quick to act as soon as I gave him all my relevant up to date information. He came back with a mortgage offer for me within hours. Throughout the process he kept me up to date, gave me advice. He made things very easy fand straightforward for me.
