Patient and excellent customer service.

I was having issues accessing the Saffron app on my phone. Joshua was very patient and took me through the whole process, resetting and reloading the app, the process was hassle free thanks to him. Following that call I had to contact a high street bank with a similar query, it was a v frustrating experience and the issue was not resolved so made me realise how grateful I was to Saffrons great customer service!
