Review of the John Lewis, Pet insurance:

Paid out nearly £12k in 10 months. Great service

I had a completely different experience than most other reviews. Been insured for nearly 3 years., 2 cats for £240 per year and £360 the second year. Sadly shortly after renewal one of my cats fell terminally sick with heart disease and passed a yesterday. Over the last 10 months John lewis has paid out nearly £12,000 in emergency vet fees and prescription fees. Every claim dealt with by the small animal hospital in Neston, I got emails when the claim was put in and with 48 hours another clarifying they had paid. I paid a very small portion and without John lewis insurance I would have had to say good bye to my beloved pet 10 months ago. I can not thank them enough.
